Lindy Point Overlook - Blackwater Canyon

The autumn foliage in Blackwater Canyon was beautiful on this overcast day in mid-October.  The Blackwater River begins in Canaan Valley, tumbles over Blackwater Falls, and carves a canyon as it journeys to join the Dry Fork River at Hendricks, West Virginia.  The falls and the first few miles of the canyon are part of Blackwater Falls State Park.
